I need to be able to compair files in binary format and save only the differences. Anyone have any code along these lines or a DLL or have any ideas?

Thanks!

Only thing i got is to compare size and date and notify of any changes.. basically it just monitors selected directories for any file changes. Haven't done it on a binary level.

I didn't do any sort of backup. Mine just looks for changes and then reports them to me. But I don't use it here. I had it checking the Windows folder, the System32 folder and the Drivers folder... It was checking all files, and was a bit sluggish at that and sucking up cpu, and that was with some time between each folder and each cycle of checking. So I abandoned the idea.
