$32,000 isn't that bad for a language like that, in my opinion at least. It
wouldn't require that much work since it is already an established language
and company. _________________ FreezingFire

Too bad its in C++ cause I would have been tempted at that price. Espacially the profits seems really good.. 32,000 in about 6 months
Oh well.. |

It's not a competitor to VDS at all, it's a Basic and nothing like VDS. But,
IBasic is a very good basic. It's pretty solid and has a lot to offer.
The final bid that was accepted was around $50,000 USD. Though the
bidder is showing as one company, it's actually a group of IBasic users
who have formed to purchase the language. The guy that's showing as
the bidder is part of the group but used his personal company to make
the purchase.
This is similar to what I was trying to do many years ago when Julian was
selling VDS. I was in the process of trying to round up a group of VDS
user investors, but then that frog leg eating French dog came in under
the radar and bough VDS before we had a chance to do anything.

OOHHHHHHHHHH Thems fightin' words Good thing ED (aka 'frog leg eating French dog') doesn't drop by the forums that often
I would have chipped in Garrett but at the time I was a college student sustaining myself on ramen noodles and water I really dont' think we could have scraped up 50k either, but VDS is worth easily 6x that. Things were pretty rough for about a year in the VDS world until ED came around and bought it up. I'm sure the IBasic community will pull through as well. |

Spéciales pour aujourd'hui est les cuisses de grenouille pourries avec les
cuisses de grenouille pourries et plus, jusqu'à ce que vous vomissiez des
cuisses de grenouille.
ED knows I like to give him a bad time. You know he smells like
"ail putréfié" all the time too. And he's a "Cuisse de grenouille mangeant
le moster de souffle d'ail !"
To ED: "Votre un bon homme Emmanuel, ne laissent pas n'importe qui
vous indiquer différent."
