Question Is it possible to do this directly without using a lot of sendkey's and such? I have searched the forum and VDSWorld with no luck.

I've used a program called multires for this for quite some time. It has a lot of features. http://www.entechtaiwan.com/multires

You may want to check out my VDSUTIL DLL in the VDSDLL 3, which allows for changing the screen resolution on the fly and optionally updates it in the registry. It may not always automatically reposition the taskbar well though.

Thanks Tommy... I didn't realize the VDSUTIL.DLL would do that. I'll check it out!

chucks0... looks like a nice util. I'll give it a look too!
