I'm making (finishing) a chat program called 'VDSWorld Chat System'. It uses the vdsinet.dll.
I just want to know if you think that it's useful to finish it and post it on vdsworld Confused

Hi Vic,

How do you make the server? Cause if you don't have a server, you can't connect...
Or do you have a server already?
