Does anyone know why when I run a V-Setup installation program that after it extracts the files an info box pops up with the error: "Can't load library" with the title "oleaut32.dll"?

I used to be able to run them... Sad

I suppose something gone wrong converting the V-Setup file to an exefile.
Try downloading and installing V-Setup again?
I don't know......
