I know many of you have been awaiting a update for SSTreeVw.Dll. Well
the update for the dll is finished, but I still need to update the help file. If
things go the way I'm hoping, LOL not likely, I'll post the update tonight.

This update introduces new events as well as functions/commands.

Inplace label editing works.
Drag and drop within a treeview control works.
Added more examples.

There has been some minor syntax changes.
