Read that 27% of adult surfers are blogging. In essence, this forum is somewhat of a blog, eh?

I don't get the blogging crazy. Blogs are pretty much the same thing as a forum but the owner of the blog posts the first topic and others post followup comments.

Think blogs are really overhyped by the media, especially since the last election.

I think I know why PK posted about this. I see that Apple is busting the
chops of some blogs where they posted some news about some Apple
stuff.

Apple says that because these are blogs that posted the news, that they
are not legitimate journalist and can't be covered by laws. Apple wants
two blogs to reveal their sources of information.

The link in my reply above really does state my opinion on blogging. The
fact that I posted that opinion on a blog was the sarcastic part of the
opinion. And please note that I posted that some time ago and not just
recently for this thread here.

It is all a matter of terminology and use. Regarding your Blog site, I agree. Especially with the use of Blogs, for example, when implementing group projects (such as programming projects, student projects, business projects, etc.).

one of the great things about blogs is that they can be used to get your web site listed with Yahoo and indexed by Google quickly - that is what i have been told - the experience has not quite lived up to reality, for me at least
