Hey guys,

Anyone know of a DSS to MP3 converter?

A friend is wanting to put some DSS files on a cd but wants
them in MP3 format.

The software with his digital DSS recorder is supposed to
convert to WAV files - but he can't even get that to work
(he's not exactly a computer wizard). Wink

I checked out that link but it does not mention DSS files... Confused

Sent an email asking if their "AudioAlchemy MP3 Edition"
can handle DSS to MP3 conversion - hopefully they'll reply. Wink

Well...

They replied quickly, but their software does not convert DSS files.

Any other ideas? Anyone?

i did a "dss to mp3" google search and came up with what looks like a possible list of programs

Yeah I did that a coupla days ago and finally got tired of
reading... best I could come up with is possibly a WAV
converter that'd still need an MP3 conversion. Confused

Not much DSS conversion going on yet apparently. Wink
