hello all

here is some info and a program that will let you make your own toolbar..I think once you make your own toolbat using the program list on the site i think vds could be uses..meaning looks like its just a window registry setting and a html file,etc....(i haven't play with the vds idea yet. but i thought some of you might like the program that is on the site)
